It is April 22 and we are usually packing the car to head up to Anacortes, WA. Since 2005, when we brought our CHB trawler up the coast to begin our cruises, we have called Aquila our summer home. Last October we sold Aquila and moved to a bit more luxury and comfort. Emerald Star is a Navigator 5700 rival (57"). This will be our first cruising season aboard her. To add to the confusion, we have recently moved from Piedmont to Walnut Creek, CA and there are many loose ends to take care of. If all goes well, Emerald Star will head out on June 1. We hope to make it to Alaska this year. We will keep you posted.
